Designing a Multi-Season Wardrobe

The T-Neck crop top, Ponte trouser, Pinatex belt and T-Neck Shift Dress

Springing into Pre-Fall...or is it still High Summer? When I first started my design career (at St. John Knits, a California luxury legend) we worked with classic seasonal delivery names: Pre-Fall (or Fall 1), Fall 2, Holiday/Resort, Pre-Spring and Spring.

But as the climate continues its rapid shift, my priority is Multi-Season design.

The Terra Jacket and Pin-Tuck Trouser Shorts

I've doubled down on fabrics that work for extended hot seasons and can also transition you into the cooler months, swapping that Cowl-Neck Shell for a cozier Turtleneck layer; or adding a Pinatex jacket, tights and boots to the T-Neck Dress you wore this past Spring.

Plus, our classic tweeds are made to last for many a winter to come.
