Shipping policy
After you place an order, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation upon placing an order please reach out to us at info@delaunaycollection.com.
If you wish to place an order by phone, or require assistance in placing an order online, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us at info@delaunaycollection.com.
After an order is placed, you are unable to amend the order on your own and must contact DeLaunay. We would be happy to try and fulfill your request. Keep in mind that once an order is in the shipping stage it is not able to be amended.
Your order will ship after your form of payment has been accepted. If an item is in stock, we usually will ship an order 2 - 3 business days after an order is placed. Should there be any delay, we will contact you. Please note that as part of our effort to create minimal-to-zero waste, we do not maintain large inventories. Please review individual product pages for advisement on lead times. If your requested size is not in stock, we will contact you to advise expected shipping date.
If your order has not shipped yet, and you wish to amend your shipping address, then please contact us at info@delaunaycollection.com to advise the new address you would like your order shipped to. If your order has already shipped, still contact us immediately and we will make every effort possible to try to fulfill your request.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
For security reasons all of our shipments require a signature.
