Refund policy
Returns
All merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly documented. You have 14 days to return an item/items once you have received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To send your return back to us, simply follow the below steps:
- Please email info@delaunaycollection.com to request an Return Merchandise Authorization # and a prepaid U.S.P.S. return label.
- Provide your RA# on the return form that was included in your shipment.
- Repackage the item(s) you would like to return along with the completed return slip.
- Print the prepaid U.S.P.S. return shipping label and attach on the outside of the box you’ll ship back to us.
- Drop off your shipment at any U.S.P.S. facility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable:
-Items that are custom made-to-order with specific sizing and/or materials
-Gift cards
-Downloadable products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges and taxes/duties. Keep in mind that Final Sale items are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process (see above) and purchase the item you prefer. A same-item size exchange may be made for the original item if your requested exchange size is available. As part of our effort to create minimal-to-zero waste, we do not maintain large inventories. Keep in mind that we cut-to-order most of our products; therefore please take care in determining your size before placing your initial order, as we cannot guarantee that an exchange size will be readily available. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
